The British Asian Trust supports Mann Deshi business school for rural women. This will enable the rural women to start the business and become a successful business entrepreneur. The British Asian Trust was founded in July, 2007 by a group of British Asian business leaders at the suggestion of HRH, The Prince of Wales. It aims to serve as a ‘social fund’ to support high impact charities within the areas of education, enterprise and health in Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the UK.

DESHPANDE FOUNDATION and ASHOKA INNOVATORS have formed a partnership with Mann Deshi to create a Mobile Business School for Rural Women in Karnataka state.

Harvard Business School's Gyaana Group generates interest in MDMSB & Sanstha among students and young American entrepreneurs. Specializing in linkages between microfinance institutions and education institutions, the Guyana group has been a valuable partner in developing the Bank / Sanstha's vocational loan programs.

The OBC (Other Backwards Caste) Corporation has formed a partnership with Mann Deshi Mahila Bank and the Mann Deshi Foundation. Through the OBC loan programs, the bank is able to provide subsidized loans to members of Self-Help Groups.

The Mann Deshi Foundation has hosted over 70 interns since 2003. In 2008 Mann Deshi formed a partnership with Deutsche Bank. Through this partnership, Deutsche Bank sends four volunteers to Mann Deshi every year to work on various projects. This partnership has proven beneficial for everyone involved. Mann Deshi benefits the skills and experience of seasoned professionals; Deutsche Bank gains higher employee commitment and an improved corporate image; and the volunteers develop leadership skills, international experience, and the improved ability to accept change, diversity, and uncertainty.
